We currently have over 250 consultants working with a variety of key clients from both the public and private sectors such as the Ministry of Justice, Department for Education, FCDOS, UEFA, International Olympic Committee and Mercedes Benz; with plans to increase our client base further in the near future.

All our consultants have the opportunity to work on a range of different projects, providing a broad range of knowledge on which to develop their careers and progress in the direction they choose.
You will be working as part of our Finance Team providing support to our Account Managers and ensuring the company continues to operate smoothly and efficiently by carrying out task administration activities.
Attend client facing meetings with account managers
Managing the end to end process of work package creation, securing internal and client sign off, liaising with the client and account managers
Capture client resourcing requirements and document the cost analysis
Monitoring for the receipt of approved Work Packages
Support the operations team when onboarding new staff and also update the client packs (e.g. provide client specific onboarding details and contacts)
Adding Work Package deliverables onto our finance system and setting tasks to ‘live’
Request and monitoring for receipt of Purchase Orders
Invoicing clients for the work upon completion
Monitoring for the receipt of invoice payments, liaising with clients
Providing regular reports and updates to Account Managers and the Finance Team
Responding to client and associate queries
Checking and approving timecards and expenses
Checking new starter documents are returned and completed
You should have strong experience in a finance setting and should possess strong interpersonal skills as this role will require you to work closely with account managers and clients.

Strong numeracy skills
Attention to detail
Key Specialist Skills:
A background in financial processes and / or financial administration is essential
A good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs
