Solirius Consulting delivers technical consultancy and application delivery to our clients in order to solve real world problems and allow our clients to respond to an ever-changing technical landscape. We partner closely with our clients, embedding our consultants into their businesses in order to provide a bespoke service, allowing us to truly understand our clients’ needs.

It is this close collaboration with our clients that has enabled us to grow rapidly in recent years and will drive our ambitious future growth plans. We currently have over 250 consultants working with a variety of key clients from both the public and private sectors such as the Ministry of Justice, Department for Education, FCDOS, UEFA, International Olympic Committee and Mercedes Benz; with plans to increase our client base further in the near future.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to work with us on a project with one of our major government clients to help deliver the configuration of a SaaS platform (Zendesk) and the migration of our client's current service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To facilitate the configuration of the existing software as a service Zendesk instance and associated integrated technologies to successfully transition the service line onto our clients' technology estate.

  • To document and develop the AS-IS and TO-BE operating models, SOPs and associated documentation to facilitate the successful build and transition of the service line.

  • To deliver a business change agenda to ensure that the technology and new ways of working are embedded with end-users – this will include impact assessments, change plans, approach, training etc

  • To deliver improvements and efficiencies in line with customer service aspirations as we deploy the service from MVS to MVS+.
