The role We are looking to hire an experienced Microsoft 365 Application and PowerApp developer. You will ideally come from a consultancy background, have worked on large scale programmes and will have supported teams that are delivering custom or bespoke solutions utilising Azure, Office 365, Sharepoint and other microsoft power apps, power automate, BI and logic apps. You will either have experience of deploying and delivering solutions utilising components from the microsoft office 365, azure and power app ecosystems. Operating within client architecture frameworks Key to success in this position is a high level of experience in implementing enterprise-class microsoft solutions delivering against client requirements using the microsoft platforms. Key Responsibilities: Solution documentation and other documentation Attendance at technical governance meetings Producing technical PoC’s as required Deployment of Applications using Microsoft Power and and power framework Reporting using Power BI Automation using power automate and Dataverse Data migration from on-premises to cloud solutions Deployment scripting using powershell. Technical documentations and client show and tell presentations. Development, QA, deployment and operations of components in the technology roadmap. Key Skills/Experience: Understand, prepare and present solutions to customers that address complex issues. Responsible for the development of applications and services using microsoft office 365, azure and power app and Microsoft .NET technologies. Schedule regular client meetings, process client invoices and review engagement letters. Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed software development sprint plans and release schedules Assign and track deliverables. Ability to map user requirements to standard O365 features, identify customization areas, estimate the customization effort and translate the analysed requirements to design using Microsoft 365 / Online applications and components. Necessary high level & low-level technical documents as required by the client governance processes Help with the creation of a prioritised backlog of Features, Epics and User Stories. The role We are looking for an experienced Agile Test Engineer to work with our government clients on delivering critical projects. You will be instrumental in delivering testing projects, working directly with clients and stakeholders and working closely with wider testing and technical teams. You will ideally have a strong understanding of test planning and delivery and be able to apply this in a hands-on approach coupled with experience in strong collaborative skills with teams of test engineers at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Assist with planning and coordination of all testing activities Analysing test requirements, designing and producing reusable test scripts. Creating and managing test regression packs. Test data creation to plan and manage test scripts. Overcoming obstacles, such as working with the team on clarification of requirements or seeing bugs through to resolution to deliver quality testing on time. Reviewing test artefacts produced by peers. Reviewing test results and modify the test suites as necessary. Capturing, reporting & supporting the analysis of software bugs. Responsible for defect management and triage Executing test scripts from plans and accurately reporting where requirements are not being met. Defining and implementing key test KPIs to ensure high quality standards are achieved Managing key stakeholders, developing and managing ongoing relationships. Reporting on test progression with key stakeholders Contributing to release, deployment and change planning. Key Skills & Experience: Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Proven experience of Functional Testing: running and managing appropriate tests to ensure requirements are met. Previous use of Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tool for testing and requirements management Previous experience working with and testing COTS products. Ability to identify, research and implement effective testing techniques and tools. Very strong communicator in raising, managing issues and defects to stakeholders. Experience in creating and managing Test Data. Proven experience of defining and implementing test improvement strategies. Experience with Delivery and Technologies ideally across the Government domain Ability to manage multiple resources and allocate workload Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing objectives works well under pressure Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Proven experience of strong stakeholder management in prominent high paced environments. Proven experience of improving processes, setting strategy, delivering improvements, maintaining a quality service, and driving change.
