Solirius Consulting delivers technical consultancy and application delivery to our clients in order to solve real world problems and allow our clients to respond to an ever-changing technical landscape. We partner closely with our clients, embedding our consultants into their businesses in order to provide a bespoke service, allowing us to truly understand our clients’ needs.

It is this close collaboration with our clients that has enabled us to grow rapidly in recent years and will drive our ambitious future growth plans. We currently have over 250 consultants working with a variety of key clients from both the public and private sectors such as the Ministry of Justice, Department for Education, FCDOS, UEFA, International Olympic Committee and Mercedes Benz; with plans to increase our client base further in the near future.

The role

You will be a motivated self-starter, who is highly organised and able to balance multiple priorities. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both of which are essential to this role. 

This role will suit a graduate or junior at the entry-level stage, who is interested in beginning a career in finance administration with the view to progressing into account management.

Main Duties:

  • Attending client facing meetings with account managers

  • Managing the end to end process of work package creation, securing internal and client sign off, liaising with clients and account managers

  • Capture client resourcing requirements and document cost profiles

  • Support the onboarding of new team members

  • Updating our internal systems

  • Tracking purchase orders

  • Invoicing clients for the work upon completion

  • Monitoring for the receipt of invoice payments

  • Provide regular reports and updates to Account Managers and Finance Team

  • Responding to client and consultant queries

  • Checking and approving timecards and expenses

Specialist skills required:

  • Enthusiastic, motivated, committed and capable degree educated individuals

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken word with an ability to successfully engage with team members, clients and stakeholders

  • Strong numeracy skills

  • Attention to detail is essential

  • A understanding of administration and financial processes

  • A good understanding of Microsoft and Google Suites
