Solirius Consulting delivers technical consultancy and application delivery to our clients in order to solve real world problems and allow our clients to respond to an ever-changing technical landscape. We partner closely with our clients, embedding our consultants into their businesses in order to provide a bespoke service, allowing us to truly understand our clients’ needs.
It is this close collaboration with our clients that has enabled us to grow rapidly in recent years and will drive our ambitious future growth plans. We currently have over 250 consultants working with a variety of key clients from both the public and private sectors such as the Ministry of Justice, Department for Education, FCDOS, UEFA, International Olympic Committee and Mercedes Benz; with plans to increase our client base further in the near future.
We operate as a flat organisation and believe in trusting and supporting our team to operate independently. We pride ourselves on being specialists at what we do, making the most of our consultants’ expertise in their fields in order to provide a best-in-class service to our clients. All our consultants have the opportunity to work on a range of different projects, providing a broad range of knowledge on which to develop their careers and progress in the direction they choose.
The role
In order to drive our future plans we are now looking to grow our Account Team to ensure our Account Managers and our clients have the support they need to successfully deploy teams.
The Client Success Officer role requires somebody with strong
administration, finance and communication skills that they can use to confidently represent the company to our clients and liaise internally as necessary, supporting the wider operations team and our senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Attending client facing meetings with account managers
Managing the end to end process of work package creation, securing internal and client sign off, liaising with the client and account managers
Capture client resourcing requirements and document cost profiles
Support the onboarding of new team members
Updating our internal systems.
Tracking Purchase Orders
Invoicing clients for the work upon completion
Monitoring for the receipt of invoice payments, liaising with clients
Provide regular reports and updates to Account Managers and the Finance Team
Responding to client and consultant queries
Checking and approving timecards and expenses
Key Personal Skills
Motivated, enthusiastic and committed
Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with an ability to successfully engage with team members, clients and stakeholders
Strong numeracy skills
Attention to detail
Key Specialist Skills
An understanding of administration and financial processes
A good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Spreadsheets, Docs
